Judith Thony is a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Director and therapist, committed to promoting mental wellness and providing high-quality therapeutic care. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Judith has developed a profound understanding of the complexities of mental health and the diverse needs of her clients.
 
As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Judith has garnered extensive experience working with individuals, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Her approach is client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
 
In her role as Mental Health Director, Judith oversees the development and implementation of mental health programs, ensuring they are effective, evidence-based, and accessible to the community.
