Velesia Cooper is a trauma-informed mental health professional who specializes in working with childhood survivors of adverse experiences, such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She has a wealth of experience in helping individuals through life transitions and adjustment disorders, and she works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Velesia takes a client-centered and humanistic approach, integrating multiple theories to build a strong rapport with her clients and create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. She is a graduate of both Canadian and American universities, including Barry University, Toronto Metropolitan University, and The Center for Addiction and Mental Health, bringing a unique perspective to her work.
